The company was established under the name “ Siam Fuji Engineering Ltd, Part ” with a registered capital of Baht 160,000 and starting with stamping parts and then expanded to plastic parts and motocycle back mirrors in the same year. |

Began the production of rear view mirrors and lamps assy for automobiles. |
| April 1983 : |
Increases registered capital to Baht 1,000,000 and changed the company’s name to “ AMPAS INDUSTRIES CO.,LTD. ” The factory was moved to the bigger site at Prakasa and started to produce the Mirror Glass from June of the same year, which was the first mirror glass manufacturer in Thailand. |
